Another example of bold-gone-wrong— the bright red couch that you thought you just had to have. Fast-forward three years later—yeah, you are pretty sick of it now are not you?
Blue-black colour and will be a popular key colour, especially in kitchens. Combined with metallics like polished brass, it can add a luxurious feel to any interior from upholstery to woodwork. This colour can be used with a statement piece or even to dominate a room with walls painted in this sophisticated tone. This deep blue will work well with Ultra Violet as well as pastel hues that are still very much on trend.
A common mistake that most of us are guilty of painting first. Put that paint brush down! First, you need to pick out the rooms fabrics and main textiles, such as rugs and curtains. Because it is simply much easier to find fabrics that we love and then pick out paint to match. While it is much harder to find a fabric that we love, that also just so happens to match the paint we have already put on our walls.
